Due to a technical, fuel-related offence, Vincent Abril has been retrospectively disqualified for the full race weekend in Monza. As a result, he has been deducted any points he scored there.

We are sports people and will work to ensure that the circumstances that led to this penalty can be fully explained. We are at a loss to explain the discrepancies in the fuel sample. For this reason, we will be lodging an appeal.”
