HRT continues to rely on products and know-how from MANNOL. The overwhelmingly positive experiences enjoyed by both partners prompted the decision to agree a twelve-month extension of the partnership that started last year. As one of the leading manufacturers of lubricants, MANNOL is on a mission to develop innovative solutions, drive technological advances and consolidate its position in the industry. The partnership with the Haupt Racing Team has proved to be an extremely successful one. In 2023, HRT will continue to make use of the high-quality, reliable products from MANNOL in every racing series with the team from Drees on the grid.
The cooperation between HRT and MANNOL is characterised by a shared set of values, such as peak performance, technical excellence, and a passion for motorsport. Racing competitively in prestigious European series, the Haupt Racing Team provides crucial insights for the continuous development of high-grade MANNOL products. HRT benefits from this synergy thanks to the related innovations arising from lubricant development.
The expansion of the partnership is also visible to the naked eye: at the DTM season-opener at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben next weekend, the grid will feature a car in full MANNOL design for the first time. The dark blue #36 Mercedes-AMG GT3 will be racing as Mercedes-AMG Team HRT throughout the DTM season, with Arjun Maini (IND) at the wheel.
Konstantin Gaab, Chief Executing Officer MANNOL / SCT Germany GmbH: “We are confident that our cooperation with HRT will continue to yield exceptional results in the future. Our shared passion for excellence will endure as we add more chapters to the success story and reach new milestones. The extension of the partnership emphasises how much we trust the entire team and our intention to set new standards together. We are looking forward to another exciting year packed with outstanding performances, technical innovations, and thrilling racing.”
Ulrich Fritz, Chief Executive Officer Haupt Racing Team GmbH: “We are delighted to be approaching another year together with MANNOL. Last year, MANNOL proved to be a reliable provider of top-quality products for us. In return, we were able to deliver valuable data to our partner, enabling continuous product development. Our team and the customer on the road are then in a position to benefit from these developments. We are very proud to be part of this development partnership and we are looking forward to continued cooperation.”
