The Haupt Racing Team is building on the successful cooperation with MANNOL by expanding the partnership for the 2023 season. In addition to the continued provision of top-quality lubricants and partnering on the technical development, a Mercedes-AMG GT3 from HRT will be appearing in full MANNOL design for the first time in the DTM next weekend.

The overwhelmingly positive experiences enjoyed by both partners prompted the decision to agree a twelve-month extension of the partnership that started last year. As one of the leading manufacturers of lubricants, MANNOL is on a mission to develop innovative solutions, drive technological advances and consolidate its position in the industry. The partnership with the Haupt Racing Team has proved to be an extremely successful one. In 2023, HRT will continue to make use of the high-quality, reliable products from MANNOL in every racing series with the team from Drees on the grid.

The expansion of the partnership is also visible to the naked eye: at the DTM season-opener at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben next weekend, the grid will feature a car in full MANNOL design for the first time. The dark blue #36 Mercedes-AMG GT3 will be racing as Mercedes-AMG Team HRT throughout the DTM season, with Arjun Maini (IND) at the wheel.

About HRT
HRT stands for HAUPT RACING TEAM. The motorsport team was founded in July 2020 by racing driver and entrepreneur Hubert Haupt and has firmly established itself in international GT3 sport within a very short time. As well as numerous race wins and top results, HRT’s greatest success came in 2021 when it won the Drivers’ Championship in the DTM. The team’s programme is demanding and diverse: among other things, HRT starts in the DTM, the Nürburgring Endurance Series, the GT World Challenge Europe, and the 24-hour races at the Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps.
