At the sixth stop on the 2024 DTM calendar at the Sachsenring, the Mercedes-AMG Team HRT secured its long-awaited first victory of the season. In Sunday's race, Luca Stolz (GER) won in the #4 Mercedes-AMG GT3 after an impressive performance from third on the grid. On Saturday, the team from Drees also achieved a strong overall result with Stolz and Arjun Maini (IND) finishing fourth and fifth.

Halfway point of the DTM season for Mercedes-AMG Team HRT. The fourth stop on this year's calendar takes the team from Drees to the legendary Norisring. Mercedes-AMG Performance drivers Luca Stolz and Arjun Maini will be aiming for the next podium in the Mercedes-AMG GT3 on the traditional circuit in the streets of Nuremberg.

The Haupt Racing Team clinched a podium finish in the Gold Cup category at the 76th edition of the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa with third place. After an initial setback, Arjun Maini (IND), Jusuf Owega (GER) and Michele Beretta (ITA) in the #77 Mercedes-AMG GT3 fought their way back into the leading group and finished a creditable third in their class and 17th overall.

In a memorable 24-hour race at the Nürburgring, the Haupt Racing Team under the Mercedes-AMG Team BILSTEIN entry finished fourth with the #4 Mercedes-AMG GT3 as the best Mercedes-AMG car. The sister car with starting number #3 also showed a strong performance until the suspension of the race late on Saturday evening, but was only classified eleventh in the end. The campaign with the new development partner YOKOHAMA under the Team ADVAN x HRT banner also came to an early end due to the weather at the shortest 24-hour race in its history. The DTM and ADAC GT Masters will kick off the new season at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben next weekend. The Haupt Racing Team will be travelling to the Magdeburger Börde with a large line-up of five Mercedes-AMG GT3s. Two Mercedes-AMG GT3s will fight for the championship in the DTM under the Mercedes-AMG Team HRT banner. Three further cars will be on the grid in the ADAC GT Masters for the team from Drees.

Three weeks before the start of the ADAC GT Masters season, HRT's driver planning has been finalised. The reigning team champions will line up in the newly organised sprint series with six promising young talents, who will be spread across three Mercedes-AMG GT3s.

Next weekend, the Haupt Racing Team will kick off the new season on the legendary Nürburgring-Nordschleife with two rounds of the Nürburgring Endurance Series. The team, which is based in the immediate vicinity of the legendary Eifel circuit, will enter two Mercedes-AMG GT3s in the opening race. One of the cars will compete in these two races with works support as a Mercedes-AMG Team.

Mercedes-AMG Team HRT's preparations for the 2024 DTM season are in full swing. The team is already providing the first foretaste with the look of its two Mercedes-AMG GT3s. With MANNOL and Merbag, two strong partners of the Haupt Racing Team are once again represented on the cars of Mercedes-AMG Performance drivers Arjun Maini (IND) and Luca Stolz (GER) this year.

The Haupt Racing Team continues its successful history in the Endurance Cup of the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe. Jusuf Owega (GER), Arjun Maini (IND) and Michele Beretta (ITA) are taking up the challenge in the Pro Cup of the highly competitive series this year. The #77 Mercedes-AMG GT3 will compete in the five events of the endurance series in the livery of team partner Merbag.

After clinching the team championship last year, Haupt Racing Team is continuing its engagement in the ADAC GT Masters. Reigning ADAC GT Masters champion Salman Owega and David Schumacher (both GER) form one of the powerful driver pairings. Youngsters Finn Wiebelhaus (GER) and Kwanda Mokoena (RSA) are also set for the highly competitive racing series.
